Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customer name
Product name
Reason for return/exchange
Clear pictures or video of the product, if required

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of a mistake on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will guide you regarding the return shipping process.

For other return requests, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy
